We've kept things simple but effective – six people can gather comfortably around the table in boardroom style, making it perfect for team catch-ups, client presentations, or those focused brainstorming sessions that need a proper workspace. The touch screen TV mounted on the wall gets plenty of use. Teams connect their laptops for presentations, share documents during discussions, or video call colleagues working remotely. We've positioned it so everyone seated has a clear view, and the technology works smoothly without the usual connection headaches. You'll find the room tucked away from the main communal areas, giving you privacy when needed while still being part of the building's energy. The neutral carpet and walls create a calm backdrop that helps people focus, though the colourful seating areas just outside offer a change of scene during breaks. Many groups book the space for a couple of hours, then continue their conversations over coffee in the shared kitchen area. The Bradley Stoke location works well for most visitors. We're 15 minutes from Bristol city centre, and the M4/M5 interchange nearby means people coming from further afield find us easily. There's parking right outside the building, and for those cycling in, our shower facilities mean arriving fresh even after a morning ride.
