Our BANK 1 meeting room sits on the lower ground floor, where the absence of windows actually works in your favour for presentations. Multiple ceiling lights keep the space bright without the glare issues that plague so many corporate meeting rooms, and the ceiling-mounted projector paired with a large screen means your slides will be crystal clear from every seat. We've set this room up to handle real working sessions. The cushioned chairs move easily when you need to switch from theatre style to boardroom layout, and we can configure the space for up to 10 people in banquet style, 8 in classroom or boardroom, or 7 in U-shape. The flip chart stand gets plenty of use during brainstorming sessions, positioned where everyone can see it without blocking the projection screen. The neutral walls and carpet create a professional backdrop that won't distract from your content, though we've added a potted plant to stop it feeling too corporate.
