Our eight-person boardroom combines practical design with thoughtful details that make meetings flow naturally. The light wood table anchors the space, paired with upholstered chairs that keep everyone comfortable during longer sessions. We've painted the walls in calming teal, which our regular bookers say helps maintain focus without feeling too corporate. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV connects seamlessly to laptops for presentations, while contemporary pendant lighting ensures everyone can read their notes clearly. We've added minimalist artwork and a wall clock to keep the atmosphere professional yet relaxed. Though this particular room doesn't have windows, the bright lighting and open feel prevent any sense of being closed in. MR 08 works particularly well for team meetings, client presentations, and strategy sessions where you need everyone around one table. The boardroom layout encourages face-to-face discussion, and with eight seats, there's enough space for key stakeholders without feeling crowded.
