We've configured this 25-square-metre space to seat 12 comfortably in boardroom style, though we can accommodate 14 for presentation-style sessions when needed. The room's real strength lies in its 75-inch interactive ActivPanel, which transforms ordinary meetings into dynamic working sessions. Teams regularly use the interactive whiteboard features for brainstorming, while the video conferencing capabilities mean remote colleagues join seamlessly. We've watched project teams sketch out ideas directly on screen, share documents instantly, and connect with international partners, all through this single piece of technology. Every detail supports productive work. Each place at the table comes prepared with notepads, pens, and water, so participants can focus on the discussion rather than hunting for supplies.
