The Garden Room offers 25 seats when arranged theatre-style, or works beautifully as a boardroom for 16. Natural light pours through the series of windows that line the walls, each dressed with cream drapes that soften the daylight without dimming it. We've positioned this room to make the most of its garden views, which change with the seasons and provide a natural talking point when discussions need a moment's pause. The neutral walls and comfortable seating mean delegates can focus on their work, while the floral arrangements we place fresh each morning add just enough colour to keep the atmosphere welcoming rather than corporate. Our venue sits just off junction 18 of the M4, putting you 10 minutes from Bath and 20 minutes from Bristol. This means your team can reach us easily without navigating city traffic, and there's always plenty of parking available. The Garden Room itself is housed within our 17th-century Jacobean manor, where original Masonic symbols in the corridors often spark conversations during coffee breaks. For classroom layouts, we can accommodate 18 people comfortably, while U-shaped arrangements work well for groups of 15 who need more collaborative setups. The room adapts easily to different meeting styles, whether you're running a training session, hosting a board meeting, or presenting to a small audience. Between sessions, delegates can step out into the 240 acres of parkland surrounding the manor, or enjoy refreshments in our award-winning Masons Restaurant.
