When you arrive at Tracy Park, you'll find yourself at a 17th-century Jacobean manor house that we've carefully preserved while adapting it for modern meetings and conferences. Just off junction 18 of the M4, we're perfectly positioned—10 minutes from Bath and 20 minutes from Bristol, making us easily accessible without the hassle of city center traffic and parking. Our manor house sits within 240 acres of parkland, giving your meetings a sense of space and tranquility that's hard to find elsewhere. The building itself features original Masonic symbols throughout, which often become talking points during coffee breaks. We've found that teams appreciate having somewhere different from the usual hotel conference rooms. For meeting planners, we offer flexible spaces that can accommodate groups up to 130 people. The rooms retain their historic character while providing all the technology and facilities you need for productive sessions. Our largest space, licensed for civil ceremonies, works brilliantly for company presentations and all-hands meetings. When it comes to breaks and meals, our Masons Restaurant operates in what was once a Masonic ceremony room—the atmosphere alone makes dining here memorable. Our kitchen team has won awards for their cuisine, and we've noticed how good food really does improve the energy in afternoon sessions. For multi-day events, we have 42 en-suite bedrooms across the property, including rooms in the Carriages that date back to 1856. Delegates often tell us they enjoy the mix of historical features with modern amenities like reliable WiFi and comfortable beds.
