Our Level 5 Millennium Lounge transforms from daytime conference space to evening reception venue with remarkable ease. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, Cardiff spreads out below you, with the River Taff winding past the stadium grounds, giving your delegates something genuinely interesting to look at during coffee breaks. We've configured this space countless ways over the years. For board meetings, we typically arrange for 40 around our boardroom setup, though we can extend this to 70 when needed. The cabaret layout works brilliantly for training sessions or workshops, comfortably seating 220 with space for materials and laptops. At full capacity, we can accommodate 320 for presentations or networking receptions, with the round tables and wooden chairs creating natural conversation areas throughout the room. The built-in AV system handles everything from simple PowerPoint presentations to live video links with remote teams. Our technical staff set everything up beforehand and remain nearby throughout your event. The acoustics work particularly well here, something we discovered matters enormously during Q&A sessions or panel discussions. Access through Gate 7 keeps your meeting separate from any stadium tours or other activities happening in the building.
