The Wigmore Suite serves as our largest meeting space, accommodating up to 200 delegates in theatre configuration. Those exposed brick pillars you'll notice aren't just decorative, they're original features from this Grade II listed building that we've carefully preserved while installing all the modern tech your presentations demand. Round tables and wooden chairs can be arranged however your event requires. We've hosted everything from 55-person boardroom discussions to 132-guest banquet dinners in here. The room transforms remarkably well: yesterday's medical conference becomes today's training workshop with just a furniture shuffle. Our team knows exactly how each setup works best, whether you need classroom rows for 70, cabaret tables for 110, or a U-shape for 45 participants. The catering station runs along one wall, keeping refreshments accessible without disrupting your session flow. Our kitchen handles halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free requirements as standard, not as special requests. Tea, coffee and water come complimentary throughout your booking. While the suite doesn't have windows, we've designed the lighting to keep energy levels up during those long strategy days. The AV system handles everything from basic PowerPoints to complex video conferences, with our technical support on hand so you're never left clicking frantically at a frozen screen. Great Portland Street station puts you five minutes away on foot, though Oxford Circus and Warren Street work equally well.
