The Penthouse combines serious meeting space with unexpected extras that keep your team energised throughout the day. Up on the second floor of our Jewellery Quarter building, this room welcomes up to 20 people around our substantial boardroom table, where everyone gets a clear view of the 52-inch TV screen we've positioned just right. High vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams create an airy atmosphere, while natural light pours through the windows lining one wall. We've noticed how this combination keeps energy levels up during those longer sessions. The chandeliers overhead add character without feeling stuffy, and the artwork brings splashes of colour to the walls. What makes The Penthouse different is the pool table and dartboard at one end. We added these because breakthrough moments often happen when people step away from formal discussions. The comfortable breakout seating gives smaller groups space to continue conversations, while the kitchenette with fridge keeps refreshments close at hand. For presentations and brainstorming, you'll find our large whiteboard ready for action alongside the TV screen for sharing content. The Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without breaking a sweat, and we keep the coffee and tea flowing throughout your booking. Just let us know if you need catering arranged. Getting here is straightforward, with both Snow Hill and Jewellery Quarter stations within walking distance. Our Caroline Street location puts you right in the heart of Birmingham's creative quarter. Do note you'll need to use the stairs to reach the second floor, and while we have some parking spaces, they tend to fill quickly. Our regular guests appreciate that this isn't just another corporate box. The space reflects how we work ourselves, balancing focus with flexibility to create genuinely productive meetings, training sessions, and team gatherings.

Excellent facilities and nice vibe - well placed in the centre of the business district. Good choice of refreshments and a quirky decor. Lots of people seemed to be using the more informal meeting spaces too. Would use again. Good value.
