The Sapphire Suite combines flexibility with focus, making it one of our most requested spaces for businesses who need room to think without feeling overwhelmed. Part of what was once our larger Diamond Suite, this room has been thoughtfully divided to create a more intimate setting that works brilliantly for groups up to 85 people. We regularly host training workshops here, with 45 delegates comfortably arranged classroom-style, each with clear sightlines to presentations. Board meetings feel particularly productive in this space, where 40 executives can gather around our configurable tables for strategic planning sessions. The room transforms beautifully for corporate dinners too, seating 70 guests for those important client entertainment evenings or team celebrations. Natural light streams through the windows during daytime meetings, though we can adjust the ambiance with full blackout options when presentations require it.
