The Team Room works brilliantly for those smaller meetings where you need everyone engaged and comfortable. We've furnished it with armchairs that make four-hour strategy sessions feel less like work and more like catching up with colleagues in your living room. The soft seating arrangement naturally draws people into conversation, which our members tell us completely changes the dynamic of their brainstorming sessions. Natural light pours through the floor-to-ceiling windows, giving you views across West London while you work. We positioned the seating to make the most of this daylight, and added plants to keep the space feeling fresh throughout the day. The room handles up to five people comfortably, though we find groups of four work particularly well with the current layout. Everything you need for modern meetings comes built in. The AV technology connects instantly to your devices, whether you're sharing quarterly reports or collaborating on creative concepts. Our high-speed WiFi keeps video calls running smoothly, and if anything technical comes up, our IT support team sits just downstairs. The informal atmosphere here suits different types of sessions. Product teams use it for their weekly catch-ups, consultants book it for client workshops, and we've seen plenty of job interviews happen in these armchairs. The relaxed setting helps put people at ease, which often leads to more open conversations than you'd get in a traditional boardroom.
