The original fireplace anchors the room, its mantelpiece perfect for displaying welcome materials or floral arrangements. We've kept the earthy tones throughout, creating a space that feels both professional and personable. The room adapts remarkably well to different needs. For boardroom discussions, we arrange for up to 30 participants around the central table, where deals have been struck and strategies formed. Theatre-style, the space welcomes 60 delegates, while intimate dinners for 50 work beautifully under the dome's gentle acoustics. Standing receptions flow naturally here, with up to 75 guests mingling between the bookcases, discovering first editions while networking. Modern necessities blend seamlessly with the period features. Air conditioning maintains comfort year-round, while our AV setup handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences.
