The Waterloo Room catches morning light through its generous windows, transforming meetings into something more energising than your typical boardroom session. We've kept the space deliberately clean and uncluttered, with white walls punctuated by splashes of colourful artwork that spark conversation before you've even started. Our triangular wooden table is the room's centrepiece, comfortably seating ten around its modern lines. The shape actually works brilliantly for group discussions, letting everyone see each other properly without that awkward crane-your-neck feeling you get with traditional rectangular tables. We can also reconfigure the space into U-shaped or banquet layouts for six to eight people when you need something different. Everything technical just works here. The video conferencing setup includes a proper TV screen and all the kit you need for hybrid meetings, plus Wi-Fi that won't drop out halfway through your presentation. We keep flip charts, stationery and markers ready to go, because hunting for a working pen shouldn't be part of your agenda. Fresh air flows naturally through the room, and our heating and cooling system keeps things comfortable year-round. The potted plants aren't just decoration, they help create that calm, focused atmosphere our regular bookers particularly appreciate. Great location. Simple big room with screen and whiteboard, great for an offsite meeting and comfortable for 6 people, with nice cafe downstairs and really helpful receptionist.
