Meeting Room 1 at our Farringdon venue transforms the typical boardroom experience with its striking deep blue walls and abundance of natural light streaming through large windows. We've designed this space to comfortably seat 20 people in either boardroom or theatre configuration, making it our largest meeting room in the building. The white conference tables paired with ergonomic chairs create a professional setting, while the plush sofas along one wall offer an alternative space for breakout discussions or those moments when conversations need to shift to a more relaxed tone. We find teams particularly appreciate the direct terrace access, where they can step outside for fresh air between sessions or continue discussions in a different environment. Natural daylight plays a key role here, with views of greenery through the windows creating an energising atmosphere that our regular clients tell us helps maintain focus during longer sessions. The industrial-style ceiling with exposed piping adds character without feeling stark, complemented by modern lighting that ensures excellent visibility for presentations. Our tech setup includes presentation screens and whiteboards, and based on recent feedback, everything works smoothly, though do let us know if you need assistance with connections. We provide tea and coffee facilities, and while occasionally these need a quick refresh between bookings, our team responds immediately to any requests. The room adapts well to different meeting styles, from formal board presentations to interactive workshops. Recent groups of 18-20 have found the space works perfectly without feeling cramped. Just five minutes from Farringdon Station and close to Chancery Lane, getting here is straightforward for attendees coming from across London. the room was great actually – would def use it again. The tea and coffee wasn't set up when we arrived but the staff were quick to sort it out. All the tech worked great

Excellent venue for reasonably sized meetings. We ha 18 attendees which made the room ideal for our needs. Highly recommended.
