We've mounted a large LCD screen at the optimal viewing angle for presentations, and the neutral palette of soft greys and whites helps maintain concentration while the skyline provides inspiration. A conferencing phone is available for hire when you need to bring remote participants into the discussion. Our location puts you two minutes' walk from London Bridge Station, making it simple for everyone to reach us. The Shard's express lifts whisk your guests up to the 24th floor in under a minute, where our reception team greets them and guides them to your meeting. We handle catering requests with two days' notice, whether you need working lunches or coffee service throughout the day. The room works equally well for executive board meetings, client pitches, or intensive workshop sessions. When you need more space, we can open up the adjoining Meeting Room 1 to create a larger boardroom setup. Between sessions, your team can use our communal lounges with their dark wood finishes and comfortable seating, or grab coffee from our fully equipped kitchen.
