The Edith Cavell Room offers everything your team needs for productive meetings in the heart of London. We've designed this space to work brilliantly for training sessions, workshops and larger team gatherings, with room for up to 35 delegates in theatre style, 20 around our boardroom table, or 16 in a U-shaped arrangement. Large windows flood the room with natural light throughout the day, something our regular clients tell us makes a real difference during intensive training sessions. The space features a substantial wooden table at its centre, surrounded by comfortable seating that keeps everyone focused even during longer meetings. Our soft neutral walls and green carpeting create a calm, professional atmosphere that helps teams concentrate on the work at hand. For presentations and hybrid meetings, we've installed an 85-inch 4K Ultra HD TV screen alongside a Yealink video conferencing system that's optimised for Microsoft Teams. Our technical team remains on-site to help with any connectivity issues, so you can focus on your agenda rather than the technology. You'll find complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, plus we provide flipcharts for brainstorming sessions. The room stays comfortable year-round thanks to our air conditioning system, and accessible toilets are located just down the corridor. When it's time for refreshments, our kitchen team prepares everything fresh using ingredients from local suppliers. We can accommodate any dietary requirements your group might have, from vegan options to specific allergies. Getting here couldn't be easier, we're just moments from Oxford Circus Station, with Bond Street equally close by. Many groups appreciate being able to step out onto Oxford Street during lunch breaks, with John Lewis and countless cafes right on our doorstep.
