The Millennium room feels like a private boardroom borrowed from a FTSE 100 company, tucked away on the floors above Cannon Street Station. We've furnished it with a substantial light wood table that seats 16 comfortably – the kind where everyone can spread out their papers without bumping elbows. What catches your eye first is the wall treatment: soft sage green panelling meets a bold geometric pattern that adds energy without distraction. The leather chairs are properly supportive, the sort you can sit in for three hours without fidgeting. We mounted a large flatscreen at the perfect height for presentations, and the video conferencing setup actually works first time, every time. The room runs on the quieter side of our venue, away from the shared workspace buzz. No windows here, but we've lit it thoughtfully, bright enough for note-taking without that harsh fluorescent glare. The temperature stays consistent, the acoustics keep conversations contained, and the WiFi handles multiple devices streaming without complaint. Checkin and communication I gave 4 stars as it would have been better if there were clear instructions from the Zipcube team on what to do / who to approach once I got to the venue. Otherwise a good experience and would recommend the service
