The Activation room takes its name seriously, bringing your business meetings to life in a space that adapts effortlessly to your needs. We've designed this 7.1m x 4.4m room with flexibility at its core, whether you're hosting an intimate boardroom discussion for 14, presenting to 30 colleagues in theatre style, or facilitating workshops with 10 participants around a U-shaped table. Our large screens transform presentations from standard to engaging, while the 2.5-metre ceiling height creates an open feel that keeps energy levels up throughout your session. The modern furnishings and neutral palette provide the perfect canvas for productive thinking, and our carefully planned lighting ensures everyone stays focused without the harsh glare that can tire eyes during long meetings. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're just two miles from Beeston and Long Eaton station, making train travel straightforward for your attendees. Those flying in will find us only ten miles from East Midlands airport, right off junction 25 of the M1. Everyone arriving by car can park free of charge directly outside, so there's no hunting for spaces or worrying about parking fees eating into your budget.
