The Sancho Room on our third floor gets its character from three windows that overlook Westminster's rooftops, filling the space with natural light throughout the day. We've arranged this room with a U-shaped table configuration that works particularly well for interactive meetings and training sessions, with navy-covered chairs providing comfort during longer discussions. Up to 20 people can join you here in theatre style, or we can set it for 15 around the boardroom layout, depending on what works best for your session. The whiteboard and flipchart are always ready for brainstorming, while our projector and speakers handle presentations smoothly. You'll find the complimentary Wi-Fi reliable throughout the building, keeping everyone connected. We're right in Westminster, about 10 minutes on foot from both St James's Park and Westminster stations, with Victoria Station 15 minutes away. The Victorian architecture of our building adds something special to meetings here, particularly with those rooftop views creating a calm backdrop for focused work. Our Wash House Café downstairs serves breakfast from 8am and hot lunches between noon and 2:15pm, so your group can grab coffee during breaks or we can bring refreshments directly to the room. The breakout areas around the building give people space to continue conversations between sessions. Past clients have appreciated how we accommodate last-minute bookings and help everything run smoothly. During warmer months, we make sure water is always available as the room can get quite warm, though many groups find the natural brightness and views more than make up for it. The entire venue has disabled access, including lifts to reach the Sancho Room on the third floor.
