Our Meeting Room 2 gets plenty of natural light through those big windows, which makes a real difference when you're stuck in meetings all day. We've set it up as a proper boardroom with space for eight people around the white table, and those black chairs with the gold touches are surprisingly comfortable for long sessions. The room's 150 square feet gives you enough space to move about without feeling cramped. We painted the walls this soft green colour that seems to keep people calm, even during intense negotiations. Those geometric pendant lights overhead throw a nice warm glow when the daylight starts to fade, and the exposed ductwork gives the space a bit of character without being distracting. Everything you need for presentations is already here: the flatscreen TV hooks up easily to laptops, we've got a flipchart for brainstorming, and the Wi-Fi actually works properly. The air conditioning is a blessing during summer, especially when you've got eight people in here hammering out details. Getting here couldn't be easier, with Piccadilly Circus just round the corner and Oxford Circus a few minutes' walk. Our regulars particularly appreciate how the period features of the building mix with the modern fit-out, giving meetings a bit more atmosphere than your typical corporate box. The feedback we get mentions how the space feels both professional and relaxed.
