Switch to standing reception format, and 120 guests mingle easily without feeling squeezed. Tech-wise, everything just works. The projector throws crisp images even with daylight streaming in, and our four wireless microphones mean panel discussions flow naturally. The surround sound system carries voices clearly to the back row, something previous speakers particularly appreciate. Your presenter can use our lectern and clicker, or roam the stage freely. We charge £6 per person corkage for food and drink. Our event staff (required at £24 per hour) handle the logistics, so you focus on your content.
