Just three miles from the city centre, we've designed this space to give your meetings the breathing room they deserve, away from the usual office buzz. The first thing you'll notice is how the light pours in. Large windows at both ends frame views of our private garden, while the sleek black glass table takes centre stage. We've paired it with contemporary seating in black, white and purple, a combination that somehow manages to feel both professional and relaxed. Eight people fit perfectly around the table for board meetings, though we can reconfigure everything to accommodate up to 20 for classroom-style training sessions. Beyond the main meeting area, we've created a lounge corner with black sofas where conversations tend to continue over coffee. The modern entertainment unit houses our SMART TV for presentations, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected throughout the building. Your team has exclusive access to our private kitchen, stocked for tea and coffee breaks, plus modern bathroom facilities just down the hall. The laminate flooring runs throughout, creating a clean, professional feel that's softened by fresh flowers and carefully chosen lighting. When discussions get intense, the french doors open onto our rear garden, offering a proper breather between sessions. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We have ample free parking on-site, including electric charging points, and Leicester airport is just 3.2 miles away. Major roads connect us to everywhere, and if anyone's travelling from further afield, we have three double bedrooms available upstairs.
