The Thimble room works brilliantly for those focused small-team sessions where six people need to get things done without distractions. We've set it up with high-backed cushioned bench seating that runs along the walls, creating an intimate space where everyone can see each other and the large LED screen mounted at the perfect height for presentations. This compact meeting room sits within our Art Deco building on Fleet Street, where The Sun newspaper once operated. You'll find us easily from St Paul's, Chancery Lane, Holborn, or Blackfriars stations, with City Thameslink also nearby. For those who prefer to cycle, we have showers and a gym in the building. The room comes equipped with everything you need for productive meetings: high-speed Wi-Fi, that LED screen for your presentations, and comfortable seating that encourages collaboration. While there's no natural light in this particular space, we've installed ambient lighting that works well for presentations and keeps everyone focused on the task at hand. Java Java, our independent café on the ground floor, keeps your team energised with Union Coffee Roasters coffee and freshly made flatbreads. Felix and his catering team can deliver orders directly to your room, which helps since our building layout takes a bit of getting used to. The Fleet Street Press and Establishment Coffee are also just outside if you fancy a quick coffee run between sessions. Our venue features architecturally designed lounge areas and breakout spaces throughout the building, giving your team options for more casual discussions when needed. The whole space balances Fleet Street's heritage with the practical technology modern teams require. Just check with reception for Wi-Fi details when you arrive, and they'll point you in the right direction for everything else you might need during your meeting.

The room was great and Zipcube were very helpful but the staff at the venue were clueless and it was difficult to get everything set up

This room is not great. It’s noisy - not sure where it comes from (above I think). The lighting is poor for a meeting space, not great for a full day event. The temperature was difficult to get right.

Great little room, exactly what I needed. Building was easy to find. Had a little bother with the keypad at first and there was nobody on reception but I got sorted by a nice lady on the phone so it was all fine. Will definitely use again.

The room was cold, the TV/screen didn't work with the correct plug so they had to come and stretch another lead across the space where I was presenting. All the corridors had reently been refurbihsed so there was plastic sheeting everywhere. There was no natural light. ...
