The Insight Studio Observer Side gives your team the perfect vantage point for user research, with four adjustable screens positioned so everyone can follow the action without crowding around a single monitor. The space works hard for teams who need to observe and collaborate simultaneously. We've arranged a substantial wooden table at the center, with ten ergonomic chairs that keep everyone comfortable during those intensive research sessions. Four square metres of whiteboard space runs along the wall, ready for mapping user journeys, noting behavioral patterns, or sketching quick wireframes as observations unfold. What makes this room particularly effective for observation work is how we've thought through the viewing experience. Each of the four screens can be adjusted independently, so whether you're watching usability tests, conducting market research interviews, or monitoring focus groups, every team member gets a clear view. The neutral colour scheme and carefully positioned lighting help maintain focus without causing screen glare, even during extended sessions. At approximately 20 square metres, the room creates an intimate yet uncluttered environment for your observation team. While the space itself is designed for concentration rather than natural light, you'll find our kitchenette just outside when you need to refuel between sessions. The minimalist design, punctuated by a touch of greenery, keeps distractions to a minimum while you capture those crucial user insights.
