We've kept the room intimate and focused, with a round wooden table that brings all ten participants into the conversation naturally. The black swivel chairs we've chosen mean everyone stays comfortable during those longer strategy sessions. The dark walls might surprise you at first, but our members tell us they create the perfect backdrop for presentations while helping everyone stay focused on the discussion at hand. That contemporary pendant light above the table throws just the right amount of light for note-taking, and when you need more natural brightness, simply draw back the heavy drapes to let the daylight flood in. We've equipped the room with everything you actually use in meetings: a proper flip chart for mapping out ideas, telephone for conference calls, and all the stationery basics so you're not hunting for a working pen. The round table configuration works brilliantly for team workshops where everyone needs equal input, client presentations where you want to avoid that 'us and them' feeling, or board meetings where decision-making flows more naturally. Our location means your attendees can walk here in under five minutes from Victoria Station, straight down Bridge Place past the passport office and left onto Eccleston Square. We're the corner building where Eccleston Square meets Gillingham Street. The ground floor café downstairs serves proper coffee if anyone arrives early, and our reception team will direct your guests straight up when they arrive. For those longer sessions, you'll appreciate having our rooftop garden just a few floors up, where informal discussions continue with London's skyline as your backdrop.
