About Cannon
6 Boardroom
A curved wall dominates the Cannon room, wrapping around one side and inviting you to grab a marker and sketch out your next big idea. We've found this feature transforms ordinary meetings into dynamic working sessions, with teams naturally gravitating towards the wall to map out strategies and brainstorm solutions. Six people fit comfortably around the central table in our boardroom configuration, creating just the right atmosphere for focused discussions. The black chairs and clean lines keep distractions to a minimum, while the LED screen mounted on the wall handles all your presentation needs. We've stripped back the design deliberately, leaving you with a calm, productive space where ideas take centre stage. The writable wall gets plenty of use during workshops and collaborative sessions. Teams tell us they appreciate having that expansive surface to work with, particularly when they're tackling complex projects or need to visualise workflows. The LED screen complements this perfectly, allowing you to switch between digital presentations and hands-on sketching without missing a beat. You'll find us in the historic Art Deco building at 154-160 Fleet Street, where The Sun newspaper once operated. St Paul's, Chancery Lane, and Blackfriars stations all sit within walking distance, with City Thameslink nearby for additional connections. Once you're here, Java Java on the ground floor keeps everyone caffeinated with Union Coffee Roasters blends, and Felix's team can deliver refreshments directly to your room. The Cannon room works particularly well for strategy sessions, team meetings, and small workshops where interaction matters more than formality. Without natural light, the space maintains a consistent, focused atmosphere throughout the day, making it especially suitable for intensive working sessions where concentration is key.

The room was great and Zipcube were very helpful but the staff at the venue were clueless and it was difficult to get everything set up

This room is not great. It’s noisy - not sure where it comes from (above I think). The lighting is poor for a meeting space, not great for a full day event. The temperature was difficult to get right.

Great little room, exactly what I needed. Building was easy to find. Had a little bother with the keypad at first and there was nobody on reception but I got sorted by a nice lady on the phone so it was all fine. Will definitely use again.

The room was cold, the TV/screen didn't work with the correct plug so they had to come and stretch another lead across the space where I was presenting. All the corridors had reently been refurbihsed so there was plastic sheeting everywhere. There was no natural light. ...
