Our compact Trader Suite on the 6th floor works perfectly when you need focused discussion space without the formality of a larger boardroom. We've arranged the room around an oval wooden table that seats 12 comfortably, with upholstered blue chairs that support those longer strategy sessions. The windows bring in plenty of natural light throughout the day, which makes a real difference during intensive workshops or training sessions. We've positioned the plasma screen for clear visibility from every seat, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even when discussions get heated. What makes this room particularly practical is its position next to the breakout area. Your team can step out for informal chats over coffee without disrupting the flow of the main session. We find this arrangement works brilliantly for interview panels who need quick debriefs between candidates, or training groups who benefit from mixing formal presentations with relaxed discussion time. The room adapts well to different setups. While most groups prefer the boardroom arrangement for 12, we can configure it classroom-style for 8 when you need writing space, or theatre-style to accommodate up to 24 for presentations.
