Our team regularly reconfigures the Harpley Suite to match different meeting styles. For training sessions, we arrange classroom seating for 45 participants with plenty of desk space for laptops and materials. Theatre-style presentations work brilliantly here, with clear sightlines for all 120 seats. We also create more collaborative environments using U-shaped layouts for 30 people or cabaret-style round tables accommodating 64 guests when networking is key to your event. The room's technical capabilities support modern business needs without fuss. High-speed Wi-Fi connects seamlessly throughout the space, while our blackout blinds transform the bright, airy room into the perfect environment for presentations and video conferences.
