We've configured this suite countless ways over the years. The full space welcomes up to 300 delegates theatre-style, with everyone having clear sightlines to your presenters. Need smaller group discussions? We divide the room into three soundproofed sections using built-in partitions, creating separate spaces for 40 to 100 people each. The flexibility means morning plenaries can flow seamlessly into afternoon workshops without anyone changing buildings. Your tech requirements are covered with our installed projectors and PA system throughout, plus reliable Wi-Fi that actually handles everyone logging on simultaneously. The dedicated reception area gives your delegates somewhere to collect badges and materials before entering the main suite, while the cloakroom keeps coats and bags secure during sessions. Located within Darwin College, the suite puts you at the heart of our campus facilities. Coffee breaks happen in the adjoining areas, lunch can be served in the suite itself or at nearby dining spaces, and there's always the option to step outside onto the grounds when you need fresh air between sessions. The bar area works brilliantly for evening receptions, and yes, we have a proper dance floor when corporate events turn social. Canterbury station connects you to London in under 90 minutes, and we have plenty of parking for those driving.
