Our largest conference space, the Buckingham Suite spans an impressive 462 square metres and transforms to match your meeting requirements perfectly. Natural light floods through floor-to-ceiling windows along one wall, creating an energising atmosphere that keeps delegates engaged throughout even the longest conference days. We've equipped this suite with built-in projectors, screens and professional sound systems, so your presentations run smoothly from the moment you arrive. The sophisticated lighting system allows you to adjust the ambiance from bright working conditions to more subdued settings for multimedia presentations. Our patterned carpeting adds visual interest while maintaining a professional feel, and the contemporary colour scheme creates a backdrop that photographs beautifully for corporate events. What makes the Buckingham Suite particularly versatile is its ability to divide into two separate sections, Buckingham 1 and Buckingham 2. Each section maintains its own AV capabilities and benefits from the same natural light and climate control, perfect when you need concurrent sessions or breakout spaces. We can configure the room for 600 delegates theatre-style, 260 in classroom format, or 360 for formal dining. For more informal gatherings, our cabaret setup accommodates 252, while standing receptions can host up to 600 guests. The adjoining Buckingham Foyer serves as your dedicated networking and refreshment area. Here we've installed a permanent refreshment station with still and sparkling water facilities, plus a function bar for coffee breaks or evening receptions. This separate space means your main session can continue uninterrupted while delegates refresh between presentations. Our venue sits right in Northampton town centre, with the railway station just a 10-minute stroll away. We provide complimentary parking when you register at reception, and our location off the A45 and A5076 makes us easily accessible from the M1.
