We've arranged this suite around a substantial oval boardroom table, dressed in deep blue linen, with 26 executive chairs that keep everyone comfortable through day-long sessions. The projector connects seamlessly to your devices, while the flatscreen TV provides a second display option for hybrid meetings. Our PA system ensures clear audio throughout, and the air conditioning maintains the perfect temperature year-round. What sets The Wakehurst Suite apart is its flexibility. While the boardroom setup seats 26, we can reconfigure the space for theatre-style presentations accommodating up to 120 delegates, or create a U-shaped arrangement for 24 participants when you need more collaborative workshops. For networking events or product launches, the room holds 80 guests comfortably for standing receptions. Natural light streams through the windows, eliminating that closed-in feeling common in corporate spaces. The direct patio access proves particularly popular, delegates often continue conversations outside over morning coffee or afternoon tea.
