The Kensington Boardroom sits on our first floor, where morning light pours through the original Georgian windows overlooking Russell Square's tree-lined paths. We've arranged fourteen comfortable armchairs around the polished boardroom table, creating the right balance between formality and comfort for your executive meetings and strategy sessions. The room catches everyone's attention with its high ceilings, a feature we've preserved from the building's original architecture. Light grey walls complement the blue curtains and chair accents, while the decorative fireplace and built-in shelving add character without cluttering the space. Your presentations will display clearly on the modern plasma screen, and we've made sure every seat has a good view. Being adjacent to the Notting Hill conference room gives you options. Use the Kensington Boardroom on its own for focused board meetings, or combine it with Notting Hill when you need breakout space for larger corporate events. The first-floor location means you're away from street noise but still easily accessible via our main staircase. Our venue sits on Russell Square's south side, putting you in Bloomsbury's academic district. The British Museum and University College London are both within walking distance, while Holborn, Euston, and Kings Cross St. Pancras stations mean your attendees can reach us from anywhere in London without difficulty. I had an incredibly good experience booking a meeting room with CIEE Global Institute-London. All the staff from the Bookings Team, to Reception and Catering made this a very pleasant experience. Helpful, friendly and accommodating - would definitely book again!
