The Cambridge Suite doubles as our library, where leather-bound volumes line the walls from floor to ceiling. When morning meetings begin here, sunlight streams through tall windows overlooking our courtyard, illuminating the room's double-height ceiling and the crystal chandelier that serves as its centrepiece. We've furnished the space with a round mahogany table that seats twelve comfortably for board meetings, or fourteen when dining is involved. The blue-upholstered chairs were chosen specifically for those longer strategic sessions, offering proper support without sacrificing the room's refined character. Above the working fireplace hangs an ornate Georgian mirror that reflects light throughout the space, while the library ladder against the shelves reminds visitors they're welcome to browse our collection during breaks. Our venue maintains this room with particular care, knowing it hosts confidential discussions and high-level negotiations. The walls provide excellent sound insulation, and we've installed modern projection equipment and screens that retract discreetly when not needed. Wi-Fi coverage is reliable throughout, and the audiovisual setup handles video conferencing without fuss. The Cambridge Suite adapts well to different meeting formats. Some clients prefer the single round table arrangement for collaborative workshops, while others request three smaller rounds for breakout sessions. Our experienced team handles these transitions smoothly between sessions. The space works equally well for private dining after formal meetings, with our kitchen providing anything from working lunches to elaborate dinner service. You'll find us easily accessible from both Piccadilly Circus and Green Park stations, each about five minutes on foot.
