Our ground floor Lecture Theatre transforms corporate presentations into engaging experiences for up to 146 delegates. The tiered seating rises gently from front to back, giving everyone clear views of your presenter and the large projection screen, while natural light streams through the full-height windows along one side of the room. We've designed this space with both speakers and audiences in mind. The fixed seating arrangement means you can focus on your content rather than room logistics, and each row sits slightly higher than the one in front, so nobody misses the key slides or demonstrations. Wood paneling runs along the walls, paired with acoustic tiles that ensure your message carries clearly to the back row without echo or distortion. From the podium, presenters have everything at their fingertips: a PC console connects directly to our projection system, and we provide optional microphones that feed through the PA system when your session needs that extra reach. The contemporary circular lighting fixtures overhead create even illumination across the room, while air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during intensive training days or lengthy conferences. Just outside the theatre doors, you'll find a private mezzanine area where delegates naturally gather during breaks. This space works perfectly for registration, networking between sessions, or serving the refreshments our catering team prepares to your specifications. We accommodate all dietary requirements, from halal and kosher to vegan and gluten-free options. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with both Brentford Station and Boston Manor Underground Station within walking distance along Boston Manor Road. Your attendees will appreciate the free parking spaces in our expansive car park, and those with accessibility needs will find level access throughout, including designated parking bays near the entrance and accessible facilities on every floor.
