The London room hosts up to 16 people around our wooden boardroom tables, arranged in a practical U-shape that gets everyone facing each other properly. We've chosen ergonomic black chairs on wheels because we know how long some meetings can run, and comfort matters when you're deep in discussion. The space feels calm and focused, with light grey carpeting and clean white walls creating the right atmosphere for serious business conversations. Our wooden wall panels add warmth without being distracting, while the overhead lighting keeps everything bright and clear throughout your session. The neutral palette works particularly well for presentations, training sessions, or those confidential board meetings where concentration is key. We've designed this room to be genuinely versatile. The U-shaped table arrangement means everyone can see the presenter clearly, whether you're running a workshop, delivering training, or hosting a strategic planning session. The layout encourages participation too, which our regular clients tell us makes a real difference to their meeting outcomes. You'll find us in one of Sir Norman Foster's glass buildings at 268 Bath Road on the Slough Trading Estate.
