The Henman Room sits on the first floor of our Wimbledon Building conference centre, where two walls of windows draw in natural light across 93 square metres of flexible meeting space. We've watched countless teams transform this room to suit their needs, from intimate boardroom discussions for 22 to theatre presentations hosting 55 delegates. Our technical setup includes everything you'd expect: a large screen, data projector, flipcharts, and presentation sound system that our conference team will have ready before you arrive. The furniture here catches the eye, ergonomically designed chairs in bold red and purple that keep participants comfortable through long strategy sessions. We find the colour actually helps energise afternoon meetings. The square layout, measuring 9.6 by 9.7 metres, works particularly well for interactive sessions. Teams often choose U-shaped configurations for 25 people when they need everyone engaged in discussion, while training days typically use our classroom setup for 30. For more social business events, we arrange cabaret style for 36, letting small groups collaborate at individual tables. Being on the first floor means you're away from the main flow of foot traffic, yet our lifts and stairs provide easy access for all attendees. The Wimbledon Building positions you at the heart of our conference facilities, with other breakout spaces nearby when you need them. Teddington station lies just over a kilometre away, making arrival straightforward for London-based teams. Between sessions, your group can take advantage of our 25-acre riverside grounds.
