Meeting Room 1 sits on the corner of our building, catching morning light through its generous windows that overlook London Road. We've arranged this particular space to feel less like a typical conference room and more like a productive workspace where real conversations happen. The room works brilliantly for different meeting styles. When you need focused discussion, we can set it boardroom-style for 10 people around our light-coloured tables. For training sessions, the classroom layout fits 8 participants comfortably, each with clear sightlines to the presentation area. Need something more presentation-focused? Theatre style accommodates 12, while the U-shaped arrangement for 8 creates that collaborative atmosphere many teams prefer. We can even configure it for informal networking receptions hosting up to 20 guests. Natural daylight makes a real difference during long meetings, and this room gets plenty through its large windows. The black chairs might look simple, but they're chosen specifically for all-day comfort, something your attendees will appreciate three hours into a strategy session. Every technical detail has been considered too, with our LCD projector, multimedia PC and SMARTBoard ready to support your presentations.
