The Clarges Suite offers everything you need for successful boardroom meetings and private dining in Mayfair. Our polished wooden table seats 24 guests around its generous length, with each place set with dark leather chairs that keep everyone comfortable through extended discussions. Natural light streams through our large windows during daytime meetings, while rich green curtains can be drawn for presentations on the 65-inch flat-screen. The room's Georgian heritage shows in the intricate wall paneling and working marble fireplace, though we've paired these period features with modern essentials like video conferencing facilities and reliable Wi-Fi throughout. For evening events, the chandelier and wall sconces create just the right atmosphere for private dinners. Our in-house catering team prepares everything from working lunches to multi-course meals, with halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free menus readily available. You're welcome to bring your own wines and champagne too, we simply apply a corkage fee. The suite sits on our ground floor with step-free access from Half Moon Street. Green Park Station is a three-minute walk, putting you on the Piccadilly, Victoria and Jubilee lines. Many guests appreciate being able to step straight from their meetings into Mayfair's galleries and restaurants, or take a quick stroll through Green Park itself. Air conditioning keeps the room comfortable year-round, and our AV setup handles everything from simple presentations to international video calls.
