Eight people can gather here comfortably, each with equal prominence at our circular table, perfect for those discussions where hierarchy takes a backseat to collaboration. The 55" Smart TV mounted on the wall connects wirelessly to your devices, so presentations flow without the usual cable fumbling. We've added a soundbar and webcam too, making video calls with remote colleagues feel like they're actually in the room. The technology just works, leaving you to focus on what matters. Natural light filters through our frosted glass walls throughout the day, bright enough to keep everyone alert but diffused enough to avoid screen glare. The privacy glass means confidential discussions stay that way, while still maintaining that open, contemporary feel our members appreciate. We keep fresh water, proper tea and coffee stocked in the room, served from the sideboard that runs along one wall. The whiteboard gets plenty of use during brainstorming sessions, and those USB charging points built into the table mean nobody's laptop dies mid-presentation. The ergonomic chairs come in different colours, adding energy to the space without compromising on comfort during those longer strategy sessions. Air conditioning keeps the temperature just right year-round, something previous guests have specifically mentioned appreciating alongside our helpful staff who ensure everything runs smoothly. Being directly opposite Reading station means participants can arrive moments before meetings begin, particularly valuable for those traveling from London or across the Thames Valley.
