The room centres around a sleek black table paired with our signature white chairs and a comfortable grey sofa that actually makes those longer sessions bearable. We've lined one wall with books that previous guests have donated over the years, creating an unexpected library feel that often sparks conversation before meetings begin. The deep red carpet underfoot adds warmth while helping to absorb sound, keeping your discussions private. We've equipped the space with everything modern meetings demand: video conferencing kit that actually works first time, a flip chart for those who still prefer marker to mouse, and pendant lighting that ensures everyone can read their notes without squinting. The windows open too, letting fresh air circulate when afternoon sessions start to drag. Our venue spans five floors around a spectacular glass atrium, so you'll pass through light-filled spaces on your way to Meeting Room 8. We're three minutes' walk from Bond Street station and five from Oxford Circus, making it straightforward for everyone to find us. Two outdoor terraces offer breathing space between sessions, complete with plug sockets if you need to keep working al fresco. Previous guests particularly appreciate our modern facilities and central location, though we'll admit our check-in process occasionally needs fine-tuning. Just note that if you're planning to order catering, we need at least two days' notice to arrange everything properly.

Great space and location; modern, clean and accessible...let down by check-in...room was not ready and we had to wait outside for ten minutes whilst it was sorted out. If I'd had customers with me this would have been a serious problem.
