The MacKenzie Room takes its name from our building's storied past, offering an intimate ground-floor retreat where confidential discussions unfold naturally. We've designed this space to feel less like a conventional meeting room and more like a private members' club, with rich blue carpeting adorned with star patterns underfoot and warm neutral walls that create focus without feeling confined. Round tables draped in chocolate linens anchor the room, surrounded by generously cushioned chairs that keep your team comfortable through extended strategy sessions. We can configure the space multiple ways, from boardroom setup for 20 executives to theatre-style seating for 50 attendees, or create a more social atmosphere with cabaret rounds for 32. The flexibility extends to evening functions too, where we regularly host cocktail receptions for up to 60 guests. A dedicated refreshment station built into the wooden cabinetry means coffee and tea service happens smoothly without interrupting your flow. Our projector and pull-down screen handle presentations effortlessly, though teams requiring video conferencing should let us know in advance so we can arrange the necessary equipment.
