Our third-floor meeting room catches the morning sun through its generous windows, with the distinctive dome of the Royal Albert Hall visible just across the way. We've arranged the room to be genuinely flexible. The blue chairs can be configured for 60 people in theatre rows when you're presenting to larger groups, or we can create a more intimate U-shape for 18 participants when discussion and interaction matter most. For boardroom sessions, we comfortably seat 14 around the table, while classroom setups work well for 15 attendees who need desk space for laptops and materials. The projector and screen are already mounted and ready to use, so there's no fiddling with cables or waiting for technical support. We can also provide conference phones or additional laptops when you need them. The neutral walls and uncluttered design mean your presentations take centre stage, not the décor. Something unexpected sits in the corner – a piano that occasionally gets used during creative workshops or informal team sessions.
