Four of you can gather around the polished wooden table while morning light pours through the window, illuminating the cobbled street below where tourists pause to photograph Windsor Castle's ancient walls. We've kept the original character of the space, from the heritage green carpeting to the period wallpaper, creating an atmosphere that feels more like a private club than a corporate meeting room. The round table arrangement means everyone faces each other naturally, which our regular clients tell us makes negotiations and interviews flow much better than traditional boardroom setups. Your meetings run smoothly here with proper business-grade Wi-Fi, a whiteboard for mapping out ideas, and flipchart for presentations. We can connect you for video calls too, with teleconferencing equipment and a PA system that ensures everyone hears clearly. Excellent location as it is the centre of Windsor and with many restaurants and excellent transport. The room we had was to the quality needed for business meetings. There was always someone in attendance at reception and very helpful and accomodating!
