The Pavilion combines contemporary design with countryside tranquillity to create a versatile meeting space that works as hard as you do. We've designed this room with flexibility at its core, accommodating up to 60 delegates theatre-style, or creating more collaborative environments with U-shaped seating for 22 or banquet arrangements for 24. What makes The Pavilion particularly distinctive is the blue LED lighting that runs along the ceiling, allowing us to adjust the atmosphere from bright and energising for morning presentations to something more subdued for afternoon workshops. Large windows frame views of our landscaped gardens, bringing natural light into the space whilst providing a calming backdrop that helps maintain focus throughout long meeting days. We've equipped the room with a large screen and projector for presentations, and our modern furnishings ensure comfort during extended sessions. The space flows naturally between different configurations, whether you're hosting a training day, strategy session, or team workshop. Our location just outside Swanley means you're removed from urban distractions whilst remaining easily accessible, with ample parking on-site for all attendees. Our in-house catering team provides refreshments and working lunches tailored to your requirements, including halal and kosher options.
