Our 116 East meeting room provides a focused environment for up to eight people around a single boardroom table. The space combines practical features with thoughtful design - a large white table anchors the room, surrounded by ergonomic black chairs that keep everyone comfortable during extended discussions. Natural light flows through the window, brightening the space without creating glare on the flat-screen TV mounted for presentations. We've kept the design purposefully minimal with clean lines, a wall clock for easy time management, and a whiteboard for capturing ideas during brainstorming sessions. This uncluttered approach helps teams concentrate on the work at hand rather than unnecessary distractions. The room works particularly well for board meetings, client presentations, team strategy sessions, and interview panels. The eight-person capacity creates an intimate setting where everyone can engage directly without raising their voices or losing connection across a sprawling conference table. The TV display handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to spreadsheet reviews, making it simple to share visual information with the group. Beyond the meeting room itself, you'll have access to our kitchen facilities for coffee breaks and our business lounge for informal discussions before or after your session.
