Iesis Group's first-floor office on Ironmonger Lane sits right in the heart of the City of London, where we've created a workspace that actually works for modern businesses. We're a structural engineering design consultancy ourselves, so we understand what companies need from their office environment. Our open-plan space currently has room for 6-10 desks, and we're looking to share it with the right business. The floor gets plenty of natural light throughout the day, and we've kept the layout flexible so teams can configure their workspace however suits them best. Your company name goes on the building signage downstairs alongside ours. Beyond the main workspace, we share access to meeting rooms where you can host clients or run team sessions. The roof terrace has become everyone's favorite spot - particularly in summer - and we've set up secure bike storage up there too. The games deck helps break up the day, with table tennis and foosball tables that see regular use during lunch breaks. Our building comes with everything you'd expect: shower facilities for those who cycle or run to work, a proper kitchen for preparing lunch, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and printing services. We handle the cleaning, utilities are included, and the furniture is already in place. The building has disabled access and secure entry systems.
