Here at 269 Great Ancoats St in New Islington, we've transformed what was once a thriving industrial building into a modern hub where companies from two-person startups to teams of over 100 can find their perfect home. The building spans multiple floors, each thoughtfully designed with different working styles in mind. We offer private offices ranging from compact spaces for small teams to expansive suites that can be customized to your exact specifications. Every office comes fully furnished and ready to move into, with ultra-fast Wi-Fi already set up and personal storage included. Our serviced reception team handles your mail and greets your visitors, while you focus on growing your business. For meetings and presentations, we maintain three private meeting rooms plus a dedicated presentation space that seats up to 50 people. These rooms feature all the tech you need for client pitches, team workshops, or corporate training sessions. Between meetings, our communal lounges and breakout spaces give you room to think, collaborate informally, or simply grab a coffee in our kitchen area.
