The old Royal Doulton headquarters at China Works has quite a story to tell. Back in the 1800s, this was where Victorian art pottery came to life, and after that, it became the training ground where London's black cab drivers mastered 'The Knowledge'. Today, we've transformed this Grade II listed building on Black Prince Road into a workspace that respects its heritage while meeting modern business needs. Our four meeting rooms each accommodate between 8 and 12 people, with plenty of natural light streaming through the original windows. We've equipped them with the latest AV technology and video conferencing capabilities, so whether you're presenting to colleagues across the table or connecting with teams worldwide, everything runs smoothly. The exposed brick walls and original green tiling create an atmosphere that clients often tell us feels both professional and refreshingly different from typical corporate spaces. Beyond meetings, we offer flexible office and studio spaces throughout the building. The original parquet floors and warehouse-style interiors give each space character, while practical amenities like superfast fibre broadband and 24-hour access mean you can work however suits you best. We've installed bike storage and showers for those who cycle in, and our on-site café, Fine & Bone, serves proper coffee and locally sourced meals throughout the day. Our location, just minutes from Vauxhall station, puts you within easy reach of Westminster and the London Eye. The Thames is literally on our doorstep, which makes for a pleasant walk when you need to clear your head between meetings. Really lovely work space, large room for 12 people. Cafe was lovely with a huge variety of food.
