Our building at 17 Fulham High Street started as an experiment in sustainable workspace design, and it's become something quite special. Walk up from Putney Bridge Underground Station (just 4 minutes away) and you'll find us tucked into this bustling corner of SW6 3JH, where creative professionals have been setting up shop since we opened. The workspace spreads across two interconnected levels, each with its own character. Downstairs, we've created focused work areas where desks rent for £200 per month - perfect for those who prefer a quieter, more grounded environment. Head upstairs and you'll understand why people pay £300 for these desks: massive skylights flood the space with natural light, framed by the original timber joists we kept exposed during renovation. We're particularly proud of how the building runs itself. Those 20+ solar panels on our roof? They power most of our operations during daylight hours. The rainwater collection system feeds every toilet in the building - practical sustainability that actually works. Our roof terrace has become an unexpected favorite spot for lunch breaks and informal meetings when the weather cooperates. Everything you need for daily work is already here: meeting rooms for client presentations, reliable Wi-Fi throughout both levels, printing facilities, and a proper kitchen (not just a microwave in a corner). We handle the cleaning, provide shower facilities for cyclists and runners, and can receive mail on your behalf. Coffee and tea are always available - we learned early on that creative work requires constant caffeine.
