We've just completed our £200 million transformation here at The Plaza, and we're excited to show you what we've created for Liverpool's business community. Our meeting rooms, which accommodate between 2 and 6 people, come equipped with HD presentation screens and superfast Wi-Fi that actually works when you need it most. The third floor has become particularly popular with our regular clients - the furnished office spaces open onto private terraces where you can take calls while looking out over St Paul's Square. We've noticed people really appreciate having that outdoor space, especially during longer working days. Each floor has its own communal kitchen and lounge areas where teams naturally gather between meetings. Our ground floor has been completely reimagined with GSG Hospitality running the restaurant, bar and café. Many of our meeting room users grab coffee before their sessions or stay for lunch afterwards - it saves everyone rushing off to find somewhere else. The fitness studio and cycle hub with shower facilities have proven invaluable for those cycling in from across Liverpool or squeezing in a workout before afternoon meetings. Walking from Moorfields train station takes less than five minutes, which our regular bookers tell us makes all the difference when they're coordinating multiple attendees. We're right in the Commercial District, so there's plenty around us - shops for any last-minute supplies, hotels for out-of-town colleagues, and bars for those informal post-meeting discussions.
